The amount of theft I see they have a different job. Therfore I commend them. I've been shopping here for as long as it's been open."

"I am a local and buy very often from this shop. I had a very disappointing experience yesterday with the main manager of the store when I brought back a pack of chicken meat that went off smelling really bad, two days before the date on the package. It costs less than £1.50 so its not at all about the money I have made that effort it's about the principle; I have paid for something that was supposed to be good but instead it is really spoiled meat, smelling so bad that makes someone sick! To cut story short the two managers dealt with me , a line manager and the main manager both not only that were refusing to give me a refund but talked to me pretty rude and all they were suggesting is that must be my fault the meat went off. I have refused to leave the store until something was done. And all the main manager(sorry I dont know his name but easy to find out I suppose) could do eventually was to literally throw to me another pack of chicken, a good one so that I can leave them alone. I am an over ten years Sainsburys customer and I have spent thousands in this shop, Ive always met smiley friendly faces there, at tills at management as well. But yesterday was so ugly and humiliating for me. I am writing this so that hopefully the two managers that treated me not very nice yesterday will learn from their mistakes and have more respect for their customer in the future. I dont want to say this store is a bad one, the people at the till are always so friendly and lovely. But the managers let me down yesterday."

"Tiny selection of sandwiches which are rarely (if ever) restocked and incredibly rude staff, especially a female member who refused to answer any of my questions and wouldn’t even and didn’t even verbally communicate with me at all. Literally one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. Happened on 2nd November 2019, roughly between 14:30 and 15:00pm so you can work out who was working that shift and teach them how to be professional and polite"
