"Terrible shop, rude staff. Went to return an Amazon parcel, following their instructions that advised that the store would provide the box, packaging and label to then send back. Staff member told me I was a liar and that I needed the label, showed him the instructions from Amazon and he said they were a liar too and that he couldn’t send anything pack like that and he doesn’t box things. Complained to Amazon and have told them they should remove him from their network. They have now provided me with a Royal Mail label which i wish I had done from the start."
