"Massive queues (they often stretch the entire length of the aisles). Almost always out of a good chunk of the items you need, half the produce and frozen sections are often just empty shelves. Every time I go here I regret it."

"Could do with having an opening between the shopping area and the Customer Service desk. It's a pain having to either wait for a space where people are paying at the tills to go quickly through or go through the self service area. I do usually use self service anyway but now and again the Customer Service till area might be quicker if I just have a few items but it's very difficult to get there from the shopping area. It used to be easy before COVID but now they have barriers in place when the normal tills are not being used. Some people push them open to get to CS but it usually causes an alarm to go off."

"Food wise the only worthy supermarket of the whole area. Good range (even with the fresh counters gone and a range that has been reduced and reduced every year), decent prices once you have a clubcard, and surprisingly enough staff. Could be way better but it is now way above the rest."
