"This could be a wonderful friendly store. It could be a welcoming place for the community. A few months a go I sat with a man that lives with epilepsy. He had had an attack in the shop. The supervision (I hope she is not a manager) was an attentive and I almost felt that she was irritated by the situation. I let that go as teething problems but the staff have not improved. Sainsbury's really could become a store again if they understood the power of community service and customer service."
