"Hi I just bought two tubs of Ben and Jerrys ice cream from you for 11.98. One tube is fine but the other has ice crystals and you can see that it has previously been melted. I’m home now and can’t return it tonight as I don’t have a car. Can I send you a photo of it so I can get a refund as I do not want to risk getting Listeria. They were purchased at 19:59 today. "This for sure is the best supermarket in Catford if not the entire Lewisham borough and having lived in the area for 15 years I say this with full conviction. The fresh produce is of a particular high standard in regards of quality and range. The fruit and veg is of a far superior quality to that on offer in much larger chain supermarkets with an extensive wine, beer and spirits selection that rivals every local off licence it's astounding how Catford Food Center manages to price so competitively. But throw into the mix the availability of PayPoint, cash machine, Oyster, lottery, staff that are always happy and helpful plus the fact this shop is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year, you can understand why Catford Food Centre it's the favoured choice of Locals in the know."
