"After buying a lot of items at the store, I noticed I was given a bag with rips in it, to hold my heavy items. When I asked for a new one, I was told I’d need to pay 10p for a new one when I was GIVEN a broken one. There is an overall lack of good customer service at this store."

"Don't ever order on deliveroo. They double their prices. In desperation I had to order a packet of nappies. Charged me £9.98 for 30 nappies which turned up with the £5.48 RRP price sticker on them. According to Deliveroo the store set the 100% price increase themselves, not Deliveroo"
