"Not getting the things I want. Visit the store several times this week and still had items missing which I wanted. Ended up going to Asda instead and they had what I wanted"

"The place where I shop all the time, but the person working at the single cash registers was very rude and aggressive yesterday. He yelled in anger because I had the coupon read somewhere else by mistake. and the woman was constantly talking on the phone with headphones. Sainsbury's was not good at all. I will continue to shop here as it is near my house. I don't even want to meet that employee again."

"My favorite Sainsburys shop. They have an Argos and stock lots of Habitat items. They also have a reasonable organic selection in various catergories. I use the self service tills which is quicker, 'cos there are barely any checkout staff at the till these days. I like shopping here, it's clean looking, well lit, spacious with helpful and well trained shop floor staff."

"Perfectly serviceable, large scale supermarket complete with an Argos too which can be useful. Lots of homeware stuff too. As with all the supermarkets, you need to shop around as many products are now far better value, and of equal or better quality at the likes of Aldi or Lidl rather than Tesco or Sainsbury's. However the old supermarkets still have wider choice and occasionally, better value."

"Love this big store, where I can find a lot to eat, to use, to share and to wear. Price is fair, quality is high and quantity is fair. ;-)) Good customer services, very helpful staff, clean shop floor and the sale is amazing. Be kind to one another :-)"
