"Just like an express counter, adjacent to Cannon St station but provides lot of options from quick bites to birthday cakes, cards, flowers, wine, chocolates, etc. They have replaced counters with self checkin and pay. Gets very busy during rush hours and overall a very good place to pick-up while on the way. Also offers meal deals and bakery items."

"Tiny and crowded, inevitably, because it's next to a busy mainline station. What always annoys me about M&S is that we are expected to pay more in these shops than in the larger ones. Sainsbury and Tesco don't flease us in the same way. For a business that's losing ground to competitors, this is an easy and obvious area for improvement."
"Went to pick up an order. Awfully slow and useless staff. Was being served by a chinese looking lady. Took my name, told me my ordrr wasn't here, showed her the email, started saying it's not the right one, shoved the email in her face, then she realised I was right. Went back in and finally came with my order. No wonder the stores are closing if that's the kind of stupid and useless staff marks employ!"
