"Told my card was declined, so tapped it again on the same card reader, shopkeeper said that it had failed again and then finally I paid on a different pay point card reader. However I could see on my phone later on that I got charged the same amount twice within a minute. Bank says because it was manually authorised on both readers there is nothing they can do ! Avoid this place, the shopkeeper was there the whole time telling me to try again, and he hasn’t cancelled the second charge."

"Probably well meaning but a wasted trip as they couldn't process my Amazon return. Suggested I return in 3 hours when the guy who knows about this subject will be there. Also, all the parcels are kept out in the open for anyone to take. Fine if you ordered drain cleaner, but not so good if you're sending or picking up something more valuable."

"This place is a joke, the workers are rude, they made my family wait for 3 days in this winter cold season as they could not input a rti code provided by edf to put onto a card I went there three times with new edf card aswell but when I got home I looked at the reciept and it said transaction cancelled! Was he cancelling the transaction just to play games... I don't know but defo something fishy .they credited my edf card few weeks back with a rti code but for some reason today the workers that were there could not credit my edf gas cards (gave him 2 brand new cards). They are rude and prejudice towards bangladeshi people. The owner is rude to customers telling them they don't need there custom to leave the shop. These people do not even understand what you say to them aswell."

"After receiving an email confirming a parcel had been delivered to the shop for collection, they couldn't find it. The email said it would be held in the shop for a week, but after only 4 days their excuse for not finding it was that it had "'probably been sent back". Their phone number on the email notice rings out continuously. Their number listed on Google responds with "This number does not exist". Useless & frustrating. Don't use!"
