"It's a tesco express, you know what to expect. Its the same as every other one... except for one member of staff. She's a young lady who is exceptionally happy and being around her, even momentarily, lifts you up. You walk away with a smile on your face because she's such a joy to be around. I would travel out of my way to visit this specific Tesco because of her. Fortunately its just around the corner from my house so I don't have to. If tesco management read this, do everything you can to keep her for as long as possible, she's an absolute diamond."
"This store would be greatly improved if the three members of replenishing staff that congregate around the fruit and veg, meat Isle were either retrained or disciplined about how to behave around/towards customers. So far two members of my family have had the relenishing trolly rammed into them (deliberately) and been subjected to sustained verbal abuse and aggressive behaviour, while being followed round the store All incidents were reported but nothing was done. If I behaved the way they do I'd bet banned, how are they aloud to continue behaving like that unchecked?"
