"The current Sercurtiy guard is racist, he accused me of stealing while at the till paying for my items, he clearly has his views of what a theft looks like and to him I fit the description, for him to project his perceptions on to me is unjustifiable, thankfully the staff serving me knows me as I’ve been shopping here regularly for years, and I have never been suspected of theft, and to think the manager stood beside him in some form of solidarity, instead of apologising, bad customer service extremely bad management. Bring back old management and old Sercurtiy guard! He is missed!"

"I wish, I could rate ZERO STARS! I came home from work, later due to overtime. Found my flat mate sick at home. After looking after the things I could do straight away I went to my Tesco near by and arrived at 22:52. The shop is open till 23:00. But the doors already closed. When a customer came out I explained the security man that I in first place need medication for a sick person. I was told even it’s 22:53, the “Tesco time” inside the shop is already so late that I wasn’t allowed to go inside. I again repeated that May please only can get two different medications and I would be out in under two minutes. Now the voice of a shop employee came that the shop is closed…at 22:54… Unbelievable! So, ZERO STARS, or better MINUS 5….horrible customer service"

"Was typically tesco experience excep way smaller . I found it very crowed in there and nearly impossible to have a proper look around if the shop is busy I would recommend that they try to make the aisle space bigger somehow ."
