They employe less staff so they cut that bill and then put the prices up, all because of the War in Ukraine and higher energy prices.... I call BS ON THIS. The photo was taken on NYE!"

"A good sized store, with a carpark, that you can park in for free (for a limited time) providing you're shopping, in Iceland. Good deals on all areas of food, not just frozen foods. They also have a loyalty card for further offers and discounts. I like to buy the trays of 24 cans of drink- of which they have a selection."

"This iceland is fairly standard. By this I mean you get the majority of what you should expect when going to this store. In their upgrades they have the self service features as well as manned checkouts. The store is clean, easy to navigate. Perfect for homes frozen party food and the odd drink. Not so good if you are on your lunch break and you want to have a sandwich or a healthy lunch.i went in their at lunch time and left with zero. But I guess this market is not in their scope which is fair enough. For drivers there are spaces to park for a limited time. It is on a place easily visible and contrasts well against the dull grey surrounding buildings. To be honest there is no local competition in terms of major super market near by so it must be a staple for the locals."

"Really bad customer service. Rude staff manager. I have order online. Groceries were supposed to be delivered between 3 & 5pm. At 6pm, nothing. No phone calls to let me where is my order. And manager rude over the phone telling me I dont need to call him twice. Giving me attitude over the phone when i was right. Head office should trained better their staff. Don't deserve any star. Disgusting!"
