"I went here at 10:57 and the manager closed the door on my face saying they had closed. I then said well there is 3 more minutes - I had a long day and hadn’t eaten- simply wanted to grab some chicken as I had no food at home. Thought 11pm meant closing at 11? Never shopping here again lmao- poor customer service - then didn’t even want to acknowledge the time? The new staffing is awful I miss the old staff. Anyway on my way to Asda now!"

"The big lady thinks she owns the store , shouting at customers while you have misplaced products with wrong barcodes with wrong price to then blame it on me is pathetic, an to shout, I will be back because its my only local and be warned if you read this and it happens again il will file a complaint!, by the way I use sainsburys for the last 10 years in bermondsey never any issues so friendly Staff however this inviduel a lady described as black huge in size gave me this awful experience at this branch, I hope someone looks into it she's acting as though it's her own shop!!, clearly the label of the item was placed wrong which led me to walk back from the tills to check then she followed to start the rant I replied I'm not bothered I just asked however she continued to go on one after i had got to back to the tills, This is not acceptable and will be addressed to head office.."

"Your security guard needs training on how to deal with people. His attitude was not good towards me just because my chocolate had a security tag on it."

"Good little shop to top up your weekly shop. Would love to see more variety in fruits and vegetables but always well stocked and great staff. Once I came in looking for sprouts, didn't find any. Asked a member of staff and she said they must have been sold out. A few minutes later she came to find me with a pack of sprouts that was just being stocked!"
