"I have visited here lots of times since it opened and on all occasions I have had a very poor experience with the female woman on the tills when she is working (shoulder length dark brown hair, mid 30’s). She is very rude and made me feel uncomfortable, speaking Turkish to another woman and laughing after I asked her a question, she replied very rudely with just a “NO”? I gave them another chance, and visited again but she was still rude. Not even a simple smile or hello and very abrupt and unfriendly in her presence. The men that work there are very friendly, and the shop is wonderful, I don’t think the woman on the tills should be working in customer service or retail as she has now caused them to lose a regular customer as she just makes going there uncomfortable and a horrible experience."
