"REPORTING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY EXECUTIVE IF CHECKOUT CONVEYOR BELT IS NOT REPAIRED! I have submitted a review more than a month ago about the checkout conveyor belt and was promised by the manager that it will be fixed within a week. It still is not repaired. The issue has been ongoing for 8-9 months. The staff are at the risk of repetitive strain injury. I will wait a couple of weeks and if the conveyor belt is not repoaired I will am report to the Health and Safety Executive. This type of irresponsible workplace practice is intolerable and unlawful. Below is my previous review. And I now feel that a formal approach will be required to make employer hear and listen to the customer concern. I do most of my food shopping here. Great selection of fresh produce. Staff are lovely, always helpful and kind. Five stars for the staff and produce. However one of the two checkout conveyor belt has been broken for 6-7 months. I can't imagine what the reason can be for not fixing the issue for such a long time in such a busy store! The result is long queues particularly during busy times as the checkout operator reaches out to pull each item to scan. This is very inconvenient for shoppers and unhealthy for workers. Staff and customers are owed more respect and care from the managers/ owners of this store. Enough is enough! Please fix the conveyor belt!"

"My husband and I love to shop here and only buy our fruits and veg from here over supermarket chains. Great olive selection and you can find almost anything here, including Asian spices and sauces. Personally I have not had a bad experience with the staff here and quite the contrary, I’ve found some of them to be super lovely."

"Big for a local supermarket. Has all range of groceries available mainly European . Has a butchers and a bakery. Staff were not very enthusiastic maybe because it was first thing in the morning I think they were too busy getting the store ready for the day. There is a pay and display right out side the store so parking shouldn't be a issue. Also they have a wide selection of vegetables on offer"

"A good quality food center selling primarily Turkish products and a few Italian Greek and Polish. They have a fantastic quality fruit and vegetables also their olives are quite good. The shelves are nicely stocked with a plethora of products. The space between some of the rows of shelves is a bit narrow but the shop is immaculately clean. There is a butchers section as well. Also there is a good selection of breads and sweets. The staff us really helpfull and friendly. Good prices as well. Limited parking in front of the shop but you can park in the adjacent Road, it means a bit of a walk but it is worth it."
