"Somehow they never have what I need. Even though they are always replacing items, boxes are always between the aisles so you must watch out. Once I was almost hit in the head by one of the staff members who was throwing a box. The staff gives a poor service, they are not very responsive and seem to be offended when you ask something. Except for the big guy at the till who's very chatty with selected female customers only. I recommend to always go for self service."

"No issue with the store or staff per se but considering we’re living in a cost of living crisis it annoys me that they do not stock more of their own brands i.e Tesco own brand. They say they serve the community but they appear more interested in their profits before anything else."

"Slow service, and poorly stocked. Give the place a miss. The person on the till called Augustine was so withdrawn that he mumbled the price and I had to ask both whether I can scan my clubcard ans also what the price was more than once."

"Ok so I just thought I was being sensitive but this is by far the worst Tesco I’ve ever been in. Just came back from a root canal so popped in for some parectomal. First the security guard was watching me like a hawk, I don’t know what it is about these particular security guards (Asian guy and Nigerian gut) but if your black they seem to be very interested in what your doing. Anyways I digress, I was in the que and the guy in front of me was buying a meal deal and some bread. The lady scanned his stuff and he paid for it he was on the phone. He tried to grab his bread but the lady didn’t scan it. And she literally went off on him. He said he wanted to buy that to and that she needs to scan it. She literally told him he needs to focus on what’s he’s doing and put his phone down. Like she was so angry, the guy literally did nothing wrong. And she is not there go free. I have never seen anyone so rude in my life I was shocked. The lady is I think Russian or European. She was on the second till. I commend the guy because if that was me I would have gone off. I’ve worked in customer service in the past and would never dream of talking to someone like that."

"Useful store to have locally. Usually well stocked so good for a top-up shop. However, if you are worried about social distancing I would avoid - the layout of the new self- checkouts makes it impossible to exit without brushing past the customer who is being served in person - the layout before this new change was much better. Update 31/08/21 - issue with layout is better now that the remaining self-checkouts have opened."
