"The High Street shop is missing a lot of products, and customers are directed to other Sainsbury's locations. The most frustrating issue is that pastries and baked goods are consistently unavailable at opening time, only appearing around 10-11am. Additionally, the shelves are often nearly empty, with limited products available, and when they run out, customers are told they are sold out, giving the impression of inadequate storage space. The product range should be dictated by the shoppers, not the head office."
