"This shop is absolutely terrible. There is a constant atmosphere of chaos as if nobody is actually running the place, it simply stumbles from one transaction to another. The automatic check-outs barely function so don’t even bother trying to use your own bag. Some of the refrigerator units are in direct sunlight in the summer which is a truly awful idea. All in all I really try to avoid the place."

"Borderline criminal behaviour from the staff who harassed my friend who can’t wear a mask. She couldn’t breathe and they said she needs a letter from her GP.. I encourage everyone who is harassed by Sainsbury’s staff in this way to report it and go to court!! This is nothing else but pure discrimination!"

"Staff were so helpful - I had (stupidly) ordered a heavy item from Argos to collect from the store and there was no way I could have carried it home by myself. One of the staff helped me get the item back to my flat using a trolley from the store. Amazing customer service, especially as the whole situation was my fault. 100% recommend."

"I love this little Sainsburys. The staff are so friendly and helpful, it's like having a local family cornershop (if that's possible from a big chain). I recently returned some avocados to Abdulatif. I didn't have my receipt and the packaging had been thrown away by my husband that morning, but he remembered seeing me and knows my family well and trusted that I wouldn't lie to him. Such personal service is rare and should be recognised so hence my post. Well done everyone. You made me feel like a really valued customer. Thank you"
