"Very poor quality meat. I've heard of supermarkets injecting water into meat to increase its weight and thus charge more. But I've never seen so much water come out of a chicken when cooking than one from amazon fresh. Similar story with their pork. Lift your game amazon."
"On the whole, staff was friendly but one particular female staff came across as rude because my friend who was new to Amazon Fresh tailed behind me. She could have approached us in a more friendly manner instead of telling us to get out. I am a regular customer and purchase a lot of products from Amazon, using their drop-off system and buying stuff from the store itself. I didn't need the attitude from her. A manager of the store needs to observe their staff’s manners. You can't pick who you want to serve. After all, as customers, we are here to spend money and use the service we paid for. It makes you wonder why this branch is always empty. Based on experience we don't feel like going back. Especially Angels have plenty of other supermarkets with well-mannered staff. Amazon Lockers probably a better alternative."
"Always have a problem scanning myself in when making a return. Range of produce doesn't look very good. Last time I went there there was a pile of vomit near the entrance, no doubt from the nearby pub. Yuk."
"A very odd shopping experience, but very convenient. The range of items is surprising given the store's size, and there are staff located at multiple points to help if needed. The meal deal offered is a huge bargin, and although many items are generally a litttle more expensive, there are a couple items found cheaper there than anywhere else. Also provide free cutlery and chopsticks, sauces, and salt/pepper for customers."
"Charged me for an item that I didn't take. Spent a long time contacting multiple times for refund, then amount refunded was wrong - messed up meal deal discount... so ended up being overcharged. No one at Amazon seems capable of reading receipt and charging/ refunding correct amount. Nor interested in helping. Won't be going back."
