"Sainsbury’s should close this store. Must be the worst Local in the country. None of the machines are working, no staff behind the counter. Security on their phone doing nothing as shoplifters walk out."

"Shame they couldn’t help. They are not dog friendly, doesn’t mater if you care your puppy. They should display the law better, the reason if you care your dog you are not allowed. Dreadfully as the store is completely empty they could not help. They are please to take more time to discuss with me. Instead asked what I like to buy and give hand, as they had 4 staff and no customer. At other hands they could use this time to be quickly kindly. Ever the manager could not be sense. Now on I will avoid."

"The prices are not in par with other similar stores. Sanitary rules are not being enforced. The treatment we received was far from polite or helpful. Bringing your own bag can become a hassle, since they wouldn't accept it at the packaging area. After giving many chances to this shop (everyone can have a bad day), we will not return, even if we have to walk more. Very disappointing."

"Been to this sainsburys branch today, had to queue but not too long approx 20m, staff are always very helpful and friendly here. I'm disabled and so need help sometimes and they are always there without any hesitation. Thank you for your hard work especially now when we need you most"

"Every day I buy two packs of tobacco in this store, as well as other essential items. Once one of the packs came with the damaged cigarettes, and I went back to the store to change. Such is my astonishment when they call the manager, and the same tells me that does not change, and that if it is changed the last time it does! Of course I demanded my money and he return the money, as provided by law. Yesterday, 01/28/2018, while I paid and talked in Portuguese with one of your Portuguese employees (I'm Portuguese with great pride), the same manager has the nerve to tell the girl to speak in English !!! The girls was being polite, something special when you want to have a good relationship with your customers. That’s something that everybody knows, apart of your manager! I do not care if he likes me, but please, good morning and good afternoon is something that should be introduced in the training of the managers. I’m a honest man, a live with respect. A rude manager makes a bad environment, that’s the way I feel when I go to that store. I also have to say that the rest off the stuff is 5 stars! But a manager is a manager...."
