"Bought a bog-standard lip balm, for which they charged £3.49 ….something that costs no more than 79p in Boots (yes, I know - ‘go to Boots then’). However, I was desperate as my lips were dry, so I gave the [cocky] feller a £20 note. When I received exactly £16.50 change I questioned the amount, to which he said, "We have no 1p’s". I replied, "So I’m being robbed twice then?" Altogether, a nasty experience here. There are plenty of other similar shops in the immediate vicinity (seriously, like 20 steps further on), so be on your guard if you choose to shop here."
