"Not picking up the phone for customer service"
"I was served by a young rude indifferent curvy cashier of Caribbean or of African ethnicity. There was no eye contact, no hello, no thank you! She could hardly be bothered to move. I had to ask her to move my purchased items towards me, as I couldn’t reach them due to the PVC protection. Terrible! Nowhere near good enough."

"The young woman in the tilt had a very bad attitude, she never made any eye contact, she didn’t say thank you and didn’t ask me if I want the receipt or not, just to say something. I asked another member of the staff about non alcoholic drinks, she tried to help but with a very dismissive manners. Very poorly customer service."
"well I always shop at this store tonight one of the staff talk to me very rudely as I am a customer. he says you must say I am ready for me to served. what a cheek it’s your job when the customer is standing behind the till that means he is waiting to be served. the customer doesn’t need to tell you I am ready. I am a customer I don’t work there to be told what to do and then have a rubbish attitude about it. never again shop at this store.!!!"
