"This is a great and very friendly store a great range of products both Mark and ALL the staff are beyond helpful Well Done Highlands Village I must stress once again how excellent all the staff are and BOTH managers Sometimes working under very stressfull times when the schools are finished Also a great security guard Well done again Once again I must comment on the new updated checkout layout making it much easier for a large shop and as always really helpful staff along with both managers Mark and Josh Great result again !!!!!"

"I have used this shop since it opened, it is excellent or rather has been excellent. I do not like self or automated check-outs. One might bee spending £100 or more (a week) and have to wait ages to pay it, it is ridiculous, open more check-out lanes."

"I come into this store frequently beautiful store manager very helpful. But there’s one woman in the store that is so RUDE and has no customer politeness at all I don’t know her name but she’s an older woman about 65 I am a fishmonger and she makes an ordeal about my fish smell and starts coughing coughing and said oh no when she was about to serve me I’m very upset and embarrassed. We all have to work. I will be talking to the manager soon about her!!!!!! She was on the tobacco counter today Mother’s Day 19 March at 2:30 pm."

"Lovely smaller sainsburys! What is may lack in variety of products which the larger stores stock, it makes up for with quick check out times, friendly and available staff and generally not being busy. I love it. And it's the perfect place if you are going in to pick up a few things and have the little ones with you! We particularly love the gingerbread people there too! :) Five stars from us!"
