"As a severely disabled 83 yr old with balancing difficulties I was distressed to be told to move backwards through a narrow gap and round 2 corners to access the store by the large African race male Security guard who refused to move 2 metal posts which had been placed incorrectly in the access space intended for your customers by the entrance next to bread shelves as I have always had help in the past with my walker wheelchair that stops me falling. Your other staff automatically offered help when I approached the tills seeing my physical problems He should be aware of Disability Discrimination Act which applies."
