"Customer service assistant just came right up next to me to check I hadn’t been stealing I can only assume as I was the only one in the shop at the time. Put me off shopping there anymore. Oh and many mornings the waft of the shelf packers BO is so off putting. The entire shop smells like BO. It’s not everyday but it’s often."
"At the till, do not press 'No' to 'Do you want a receipt?'question. You may get overcharged especially when you have discounted items because the discount tags are not adequately attached and give you original price. When I spoke to the manager, he said he had so many things to sort out and busy , he rushed me and talked over everytime i tried to explain the situation quietly. Well, the manager would need to deal with each matter correctly rather than talking about the quantity of the matters he had to sort out. Very uncomfortable experience here."
"You can find almost everything you need to buy here. Fresh pastry is just easy to buy in the mornings or for brunch. Later on they are already running out of croissants and such things."
"Huge store, surprisingly big spacious inside! A great range of stuff. You can get pretty much everything here as you go to a large Sainsbury’s supermarket. I could barely find anyone from staff to ask for assistance, which was annoying a bit. Apart from that everything was up to standard"
