I have often witnessed theft here by homeless/drunks/that sort and the staff are generally on the ball and trying to do something a out it, whilst being polite to customers. That being said, I personally don't appreciate being followed around the shop floor with a security guard LITERALLY standing on me several times, whilst he pretended to browse. Considering I had a full shopping basket, was dressed fairly neatly and didn't have a hood or hat on.. It's hard to avoid the fact it was probably only happening because I'm black. Speak to your security."
