"Last time I went, the man at the till became incredibly rude when his card reader didn’t work after I tapped my card, which was not my fault. He told me to move aside so that he could serve the next customer, again, incredibly rudely and cut me off when I said that I also have something to collect. Another thing, this place is known to sell stuff that have gone way past their expiry date, so ALWAYS check before buying. This place has gone really downhill since the new owners took over."

"They were so rude to me in there for absolutely no reason man tried to sweep my shopping bag if the floor as I was at the till paying an it was next to my feet he then told me to move so he could sweep he was not sweeping there before I came in an was clear to me that he was doing this in a rude way as they were all laughing I had only gone in with my 2 children to top up my electric and when I said that his college was rude an should have waited till I paid to do till area an it was said very politely, then refused to top up my electric an when they were all still laughing at my clear upset look on my face an the distressing situation over just nipping in to a shop an being humiliated in front of my children terribly nasty attitude i think it's safe to say that is the first an last time i will go in there they did top up my key in the end an stoped laughing very quickly when I pointed out I will film it an see what general public think of there behaviour he told the rude worker to go in the back after that I left feeling shocked an upset at what had just happened an the only other time iv gone in they have said there machine didn't work so that was the first time iv used there shop an they felt it was OK t0 treat me like that because I'm using the pazone advertised witch clearly they don't like doing as their lazy an ignorant people in there with nothing better to do avoid I know I will be!"

"This used to be a lovely local shop full of lovely and helpful staff Since it’s changed hands, the staff don’t even say hello or ask how you are (except for the two members from the original staff who worked there before change of hands) 5/6 times I’ve tried to use the post office it’s been shut or “not working” and when asked why staff couldn’t give me a reason! (I now use the Camden high street one) Tried to make a deposit in my bank from post office which it states online I can do so there, staff told me I couldn’t When I asked for FAD code to report to post office I was told no! Definitely not community orientated anymore !!!"

"Post office staff unhelpful. BEWARE - DPD are meant to pick up from this post office according to their website, however staff here refused to accept a parcel, some excuse about the driver getting parking tickets. Their is an actual DPD office round the corner on Royal College Street so take your parcels directly."
