"So I recently wanted to return my parcel through them so I called in advance and spoke to the older gentleman asking him if his printing machine was working. In the past I've been told the machine wasn't working. Therefore, to avoid the faff as some of you may know how it is when returning an Asos parcel; you will have to find another Collect+/Hermes store or you will have to contact Asos customer service for them to change your carrier. To avoid all of that, I called to check first and as it was confirmed, I selected my carrier through this store. However, when I went after work, I was told by the younger lad that the machine wasn't working. I replied saying I called earlier and the other older man said it was. The younger guy seemed surprised but more in a way like he just got caught out. He then goes on to say my parcel was too big but then decides to take it anyway, saying "I'm doing this one time okay" like he was doing me a favour. What was more frustrating was how he was saying it and the fact that he seemed annoyed. I was still trying to figure out what was the issue...was the machine not working or was my parcel too big? But it seemed to work fine and he took my parcel too. This now leads me to think about all the other occasions when I went to return my parcels and have been told it wasn't working...was it really? Also, another recent revelation is that my niece told me how she went and returned a large parcel (sturdy yellow sainsburys bag size) just the other day and it was accepted...so why was I being told they don't take big parcels when my parcel was the same size and can they even dictate that sort of stuff? I have no complaints against the older gentleman btw, he's really friendly and helpful everytime I've been. It's just the younger guy whom I'm assuming is his son has a very poor, not bothered and cold attitude. To say the least, you wouldn't get the best customer service from him. My advice to anyone returning their parcels through this store...DON'T. Find another carrier. You're better off going to your local post office or even hermes/Evri store."
"Helpful staff, small but “convenient” shop in Camden Town."
"Avoid using for Collect Plus! They always refuse deliveries, even very small packages and there is nothing you can do about it. I have never had this with even the tiniest stores in the area that have little space. I am not sure why courier company’s still work with them. So much for supporting your local ha! NO. Good luck!"
"Have been coming to this place for years, they have all the essentials ++more, always really well stocked and clean. I probably go in there at least twice a day to buy something. The family who run the shop are very friendly and always ask how you are."
"Avoid using this store for Collect+ "click and collect." Tried using this store for two items bought on Ebay, and both got "refused delivery" when being delivered there via Royal Mail. It was clearly not the sellers' fault. Avoid using Collect+ as well."
