"FYI EVRI/ HERMES machine not working (neither at Paddington nor Edgeware Tesco)."
"Absolutely hopeless store. The Evri drop off machine always seems to be out of order. There are always big queues for the manned tills, which usually have 1 open with an operator, and then another member of staff asking “anyone want to use the self checkouts?”, which obviously they don’t or they would skip the queue and use them. Pricing of items is often incorrect or out of date and when you pull them up on it you get told there aren’t enough staff to update the shelves. And as others have pointed out, they often close earlier than advertised."
"They advertise that they provide print-in-store service for Evri, however, they do not! You cannot tell me that your printer has not been working for the last two weeks when I have tried at least four times in the last 10 months and it has not worked even once! You make people travel to your store, waste time and money. Update your information, please and do not advertise a service you do not provide."
