"Staff have no training whatsoever when it comes to customer service. They also do not even know what they stock. Two very simple health products which all health food shops carry and they did not even know what I was talking about. Their answer to everything? "It is out of stock" when they simply have no idea. Also veg same as sold at my local shop, here £1.50 more expensive. Ridiculous as I bet the farmer is not seeing the profits."

"Nothing wrong with the shop normally, but DO NOT VISIT DURING THE PANDEMIC. They have no protocol whatsoever for ensuring safe distancing. It's a tiny shop with one entrance and exit, and they have not done anything at all to ensure a safe number of people are in the shop at a time. They are essentially treating the shop as if the crisis isn't going on. I found myself trapped inside the store with people all around me, elbow to elbow. DO NOT VISIT DURING THE PANDEMIC!"

"Fresh Fruit and Veg always available and a good selections of exotic fruits , vegetables. Mangos from S.America, some Organics from British Farms, can find some Asian/African fruits :). Organic grocery selection is the best, helpful and friendly staff. You can find almost all organic goods you need, I do my shopping every week there ."
