"Extremely rude, do not go, worst experience ever"
"Terrible service and dishonest staff. I went there to pick up money from Western Union yesterday and he told me that they don’t have money because it is late and I should come there early the next day. So even though it was disappointing since I travel from far, I kindly said okay and went there again early today. Now, the guy is still saying they have no money so they can’t help me and it is bank holiday like it has nothing to do with receiving money. Is this a joke? If you’re not going to do Western Union properly, why do you act like you are a branch? This is the worst service I have ever taken and please don’t waste your time by coming here if you are going to send or receive money through Western Union. They are not there to help you but rather to waste your time."
"This place is a waste of time. If they don't know you then don't expect a nice service. They do not like to offer Money transfer services either, it's a chore to them. Unfriendly rude and waste of time."
"Excellent local store. The owners are very friendly, and especially the lady who works during the afternoon. Very helpful and kind. Open until the early hours of the morning every day. So getting a point of milk at 01:00 is not a problem."
"I ordered an item through a shop called Seraphine in May which delivered my order using a service called HubBox via Hermes to the Premier Food Hall in Archway, which is just around the corner from my home. I thought this would be really convenient but unfortunately when I went to collect the item the man behind the counter (who was holding my item) tried to refuse to give it to me on the basis that he said that he did not deal with Hermes. The Premier Food Hall came up as a delivery point option when I selected HubBox through the Seraphine website but unfortunately the man was pretty belligerent and didn't want to give me my parcel (despite me presenting the email evidence that I was the intended recipient). In the end he insisted that I give him 50p to take my parcel, which felt bizarre and a little corrupt (albeit a very small amount!), since I had already paid for the delivery, and it was unclear what this was for. I would avoid getting any parcels delivered to this shop - this wasn't a pleasant experience."
