"July heatwave and empty hot food cabinet adding to store heat and energy costs. Whole fresh chicken prices tricking customers. Checkout tells the truth 10% higher than shelf ticket. Management are letting hard pressed staff down on the self service check outs. They have cut the pay by cash outlets and increased vacant card payments tills "Anyone paying by card" they plead? Long queues and waits."
"Very good superstore with huge range of products, great aisle at Xmas with presents, house decorations etc. they stock childrens and babies clothes, and have a section with kitchenware like cups/ mugs and utensils. Big car park which is free for customers and even has electric vehicle charging stations. The only areas for improvement would be to have a section with adults clothing and a better range and choice of organic meat (they don’t stock any organic beef for example)"
