"Total waste of time if you want to buy anything that requires staff approval, Sainsbury's have gotten so greedy that they've cut the staff down to just what is required to stack shelves, leaving the tills and self-service completely unattended while the few staff that are around are too busy to pay attention to or be responsive to customers that need their assistance."
