"Unfortunately being a person of colour, I was the only person followed in this store. The security guard literally ran to where I was to watch me and awkwardly ask me if I was alright to which I asked him are YOU alright. Made me very uncomfortable. Laughable really as I witness people stealing in here all the time whilst I get followed! I used to work at marks and spencers when I was a lot younger so it's a real big shame"

"Having had bad experiences in this store in the past trying to get gluten-free food, strangely enough I persisted and now it is AWESOME!! Better and better gluten-free range every week - something to do with a change of manager I gather. Went in a few weeks ago for a loaf of the lovely multi-seeded gluten free brown bread (in my view the tastiest GF bread on the market) and came out with 2 bags of gluten free goodies. Keep up the good work. It is much appreciated!"
