"Really love this Waitrose, it's so much better than my local Waitrose in Canary Wharf, where some of the staff are often not that polite or knowledgeable and stock levels have recently been very poor. This Waitrose by contrast is unfailingly well-stocked (the range of fresh flowers in particular is excellent), the store is always clean and well-ordered, and I've had some lovely chats with some of the cashiers. They even offer free coffee! (But remember to bring your own cup)."

"Love my local Waitrose but that dirty, unkempt, rough looking security guard is disgusting. He may only be security but if he’s going to be representing WAITROSE in any capacity, he should make an effort to come in sharp, professional and leave the foul, racist remarks at his home. Revolting."

"This shop is getting worse everyday. Half of products are missing, dirty place and big queues since they changed layout 2 weeks ago. Stuff running around and blocking people in alleys. The manager of the shop should be fired on the spot!"

"Newspaper stand @ checkouts opposite aisle 1, magazines in aisle 7, extensive alcohol selection in back two aisles alongside the bakery.. Outside: ATM, bike rack, dog stop and parking in basement Inside: coffee machine, wifi, cafe style seating at front window for eating in-store purchases like the sushi, wine & coffee bar at back of store right by the gin :) Clean, well staffed, good selection of products. Often low or sold out of stock on Mondays following a busy weekend. Staff do not appear focussed on customer interaction but are always helpful when approached. I have seen them look after customers who need a bit of extra attention really well. I've never seen any negative behaviour from staff. Offers many wholefoods items at lower prices. I wish they would offer paper bags too, even reusable plastic bags are not great.. but I don't always have a bag with me :("
