"Loved the quick service, staff was nice. One thing I loved was the food quality. Restaurants in hotel are usually okayish in my opinion but Holiday Inn's restaurant was superb. (Pictures attached) Rooms were clean. Would definitely go again."
"The room was clean and comfortable, however slightly cold… I went as part of a bus trip and all our rooms were cold. The staff were all lovely including the bar staff and breakfast staff… food was okay with choices for evening meal to suit everyone, one kind of soup, 3 choices in main and delicious cakes. Hot drinks were unavailable which wasn’t good, for some reason when we went to get drinks it wasn’t working … Breakfast was a buffet which meant hard, rubbery fried eggs..yuk….but rest was fine and we managed to get tea even if it wasn’t red hot. I would definitely stay again .."
"Fantastic hotel, all the staff were brilliant and friendly had a small prob with electrics sorted immediately, Cathy at breakfast was so friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay 10/10 without a doubt. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Runcorn or near area."
"Used my IHG Points to stay and it was excellent. Seems to have been refurbished recently as it was well decorated, the room was great & very clean. All of tge staff were excellent and very friendly. We ate in the bar and the food was freshly cooked. Would definitely stay there again."
