"This site has a good range of items . However On this visit most of the fruit and veg shelves were empty. The staff are particularly unhelpful and not the friendliest. Parking is good though."

"Perfectly acceptable local branch. Lovely, helpful staff. The overall design leaves much to be desired; huge open space out front that could be put to better use, and the cash machine should be made more secure / moved. It's a hotspot for thieves and I know at least a dozen people who have been targeted over the years."

"Extremely poor click and collect clothing at this branch. Having received a text telling me my Tu clothes order was ready I went to the customer service desk, where a single member of staff was also operating the adjacent tobacco and lottery ticket counter. She sent me to the back of the (rather long) queue, which took 17 minutes to deplete . When I finally got to the serving desk, the lady then told me I was in entirely the wrong location and I should go “to Argos” After asking three other members of staff I finally located a screen on a side wall (next to pizzas) which instructed me to enter the order number. 10 minutes later yet another member of staff arrives, but is unable to open the storage door (a problem with the pin code apparently) I finally left the store 45 minutes after entering to pick up my order, which Sainsburys blithely texted was “ready for collection” The attached photos show the total lack of signage save “Customer Service” - which is the very opposite of the truth Lamentable - and, for me, never again!"
