"I'm beyond disappointed from the poor service offered regarding EVRI at this Tesco store. Some places shouldn't be collection points if they don't train their staff for it. EVRI collection points system is beyond bad. Last night, September 16th, the assistant didn't even recheck the system, just told me the system is down. I know this happens but usually the assistants recheck, restart the handset and the system gets back to work or at least they make an effort but now there is this Guy that couldn't care less. Unfortunately when I came back today the same guy was there with the same attitude he didn't even make an effort of looking for my parcel or taking a look at the tracking status I received. He said his name was Sadhi but he wasn't wearing a name tag so who knows. It is just really frustrating that unapologetic attitude that it isn't their business to help at all."

"Stopped to buy something and only had cash on me. The self checkout only accepted cards so I patiently waited for the two sales assistant by the main tills to wait to finish their conversation in their own language with t back turned against the customers. Fed up after 5 minutes I asked if any of them were serving and one answered "there's a self service mate". I kindly made him notice I only had cash and he looked annoyed he had to leave his conversation to serve him. No acknowledgement, no thank you no farewell. I actually had to ask whether he he paid to work there! Appalling customer service and. From a foreigner, it is extremely rude to speak in your own language in front of customers."
