Tesco Express 280-284 Munster Road, London SW6 6BW

"I had a non identafiable security guard run at me and screaming "you not pay for bag!!" Alarming me thinking i was going to be ATTACKED BY HIM!! !, i asked for his sia id, as he was clearly not wearing it whilst at work (A legal requirement of the sia) , And no, did not identify himself AT ALL, a mickey mouse security with no sia training, as i will clarify here" i am a trained sia door supervisor", and knowing how to deal with situations, obviously from a trained perspective, "this security guard" has NO previous training AT ALL!!, I had shopped here scince it opened about 4/5yr ago, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!"

"I ordered something on vinted and selected this store as a collection point. I got an email saying it arrived at the store. went to pick it up and the employees there looked at their system said its not there. they refused to even check in the back when it clearly says it has been delivered. called the tesco express the next day no one picks up the phone and when I asked to speak to the manger or give them my number they refused. So if this is not resolved, I will assume, someone from TESCO EXPRESS MUNSTER ROAD has stolen my package."

"Small but useful Tesco express. Is always open until 11pm so for urgent food and stuff is great. The staff and security members are nice and say hi when you pass by. The store is clean and tidy and the staff members are refilling the gaps at all times every time I go to the store or I pass by"
