"New owner has totally transformed the shop. Does EVERYTHING now - so many food varieties, Cooks Meals, post office (incredibly useful for deliveries and returns), money withdrawal, bakery, even dry cleaning!! They’re very helpful now and always go out their way."

"staff are unfriendly, rude and not helpful in the slightest. which is shocking as when you have a name like Royal Mail/Post Office attached to your store with their facilities you represent them and as a customer, you expect THAT service. the two very bored looking men in the store clearly have little to no customer service training as service received isn't that of any Londis or that of any post office chain, they are so bored in fact, they will heighten a normal conversation into an argument!!! how is the customer wrong for asking a few questions as to why you could not fulfil what i needed done as the information provided by staff changed every second sentence. don't tell me what you can and cant do depending on what suits you and what you feel like doing that is simply lazy, very disappointed but not shocked. if you need anything done via post office in this area, go elsewhere. these men just simply don't want to do any more than look at the fizzy drinks opposite the till."

"I have been shopping at this Londis for over 10 years. They are quite expensive but over the years have added more price marked goods, but the selection hasn't changed much in 10 years. The staff are generally really nice, but still after all these years some of them never ever smile!. They are cheeky sometimes at the post office and will shut early."
