"Absolutely shocking customer service from the lady Lonela at the till. She was rude and uncooperative and it seemed as if she didn’t even want to be working. The gentleman who was on front of me ask her to call another cashier because was big queue .She didn't even try to call someone, she ignored him.My grandma who is blind would have been faster and abit more lively, not like you to give substandard service. A smile wouldn’t hurt either! As much as i hate the self checkout machines, they are angels compared to the lady who served me today. 14/10/2022 at 8p.m"
"Shop is fairly fine. But the shoppers are feeling entitled. They will jump on the queue and the Cashiers will not even tell them off even people in the queue are speaking up. Weird. Hopefully they warn those shoppers who thinks they own the place. Maybe ban them from the shop."
"Gloomy, half of the lights aren't working, only one of the doors is working, there is no self checkout, most of the diary/fresh shelves are empty or almost are so, and worst of all the sandwich and dairy shelves are usually empty or only have a few items left, never seen them even remotely full. Don't come here for meal deals."
"This is the worst Tesco you will find anywhere in the UK. Very poor customer service, they only have 1 till with a very large queue, the Lottery/Tobacco kiosk is always with no personnel. There is a security guard that is a bully and will behave erratically with everyone. Everything is so awful. It is the only Tesco in the area so not many other choices. I think they take advantage of this."
"Shocking experience today 3:35pm 02/03/22. Behaviour of the in-store security -bullying a young man who clearly had special needs. The young man had one or maybe two items, and was minding his own business standing 3rd in the queue, then the Tesco security guy came up to him and told him to go to the service desk to pay. The young man said he was ok where he was and didn't need help, and he wanted to stay in the queue. The security guy told him again to go to the service desk. The young man was clearly getting upset at this point. And a lady who was trying to get past, told the security guy to leave him alone and that she could see the young man was scared and distressed. The security guy got right up close in the face of the young man and told him again to go to the service desk. I stepped in and told the security guy to stop bullying the young man and leave him alone. The security guard got up in my face and started having a go at me. I told him that it may be ok to let the young man know that there is another till available, but it is not acceptable to bully a customer. Other customers were telling the security guy to leave the young man alone. I asked the security guy what his was, but he covered his id badge as I tried to read it. I asked if his body cam was turned on, but he said that it wasn't. I said that he should turn it on. He said no. I said that I was going to report him. So he said that he was going to report me. -not sure who to? This was totally unacceptable bullying of a vulnerable customer."
