"Such Lovley workers and really nice service"
"This used to be a great place for online delivery returns as it's shown as being open much later than others. But in recent months I've had two wasted journeys where they give excuses as to why they cannot take the parcel. Firstly it was because system was down, second time was last Friday evening when they said I'd have to come back on Monday. On both occasions I went there because it was indicated as having a late closing time for accepting parcels. Why advertise as having late availability if that's not the case? Just feels as though they don't want to provide this service after a certain hour."
"Rude staff I have been roughly 3/4 times to this store and every time I noticed wether the staff is rude to the costumer when they’ve asked for help or myself . I called beforehand to the store to confirm wether they print invoices or not, and i was told they do but when i went to store, they first refused to take the package because they didn’t have “space” and told me to come in the morning. Later when i insisted that I can’t bring the package again because I have to go to work, they accepted but told me they don’t print invoices. I printed invoices and went again but as soon as I entered the other rude man on check out nodded his head and finger, and said he wouldn’t take the package. I explained the above situation and asked again that i go to work in the morning and can’t bring it again. He got even more rude and told me that he refuses to take the package in a lauder voice tone No professionalism at all. Poorly treating the customers. If you don’t have space for packages or Or going to rerun the customer disappointed then mention this on your google website. I’m also going to complain about this to the courier company so they’ll be aware of the store’s mistreatment. I only went to this store because it was close to my area Rude staff and mistreatment of customers. Not recommend at all."
"I've known there guys for about 20 years, lovely fellas, but shop doesn't always have what you want or need, probably a delivery issue. All in all they are a pleasure"
"The staff where I collected my parcel said they couldn't give me my parcel because it's to be returned but they don't know why. I received an email to say my order can be collected. The two men were blaming me for choosing his store since they don't accept Parcel force parcels but I explained politely that I couldn't know that as I was choosing my collection point. They made me come back after 2 hours for them to query Parcel force. When I came back they kept saying again not to choose their store because they don't deal with parcel force even though I've explained many times that the website just provides me a list of stores where to collect my order, I cannot know ahead of time of they cannot accept my parcel. I won't even know which courier company will deliver my parcel because that's not provided to customers until the parcel can be collected. they even said my order might be fraud. It was very embarrassing and they were very defensive and argumentative which was unnecessary. They kept repeating the same reason which means they refuse to listen to the customer and try to understand what was going on. It was such a horrible experience for me especially I've used the click and collect service before and thought it would be easy again like previously. Will never be trusting this store again."
