"Terrible customer service"

"Can the proprietors of this shop please keep in mind that there are homes above them and all around them and these homes have children. Please can you ask your clientele to stop beeping their car horns, stop playing music in their cars that literally make our windows shake, stop shouting, screaming and arguing if they are frequenting your premises. It's obviously worth your while to open to 3 and 4 am so can you at least invest in a couple of signs that say something like "PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBOURS!"."
