"Their standard has really dropped and their prices have become very high. The staff have generally always had a attitude and most of them are pretty rude. Lots of rotten veggies at the bottom with what seems fresh at the top ( to make it look good! ). Their quality of products has gone down and also they have started to rob individuals, we measured a couple of their products and even though they say it weights 1kg, when we weighed it on our scales at home it was only 700g, this has happened on various occasions so buyers beware. Also their snacks are not fresh and tasty like before. We really need to find an alternative to shopping at their store in Kingsbury. They should also be ashamed of their bad service and rotting produce. Absolutely disgusting. I will think twice or shop elsewhere before thinking of shopping here."

"Everything Indian under one roof! Masalas, pickles, vegetables, dal, aata, rice, suji, besan, papad, etc etc. Aata and rice are not available in small 1 or 2 kg bags. Mostly 5-10 kg packs available. Some items were out of stock, like cooking mustard oil. Note: They do not accept cards that require signatures. So plan ahead. My other card didn't work there, so better keep cash handy."
