"Bizarre, rude, obnoxious young Indian man. Mr Patel? I was returning Amazon items and brought them in a bag. He barked 'packaging'. So I asked him to explain what he meant. He said 'No packing, don't need packaging'. Ok. Fine, not a problem. I had one QR code for two items, so I asked him if he had two labels. He got really rude and said 'That's my job'. Um, fine, but I'd like to know in case there are issues. To which he replied ''That's your problem''. I said I'm not rude to you, so why are you being rude? But his aggressive manner continued. There was no reason for his behaviour. Like another reviewer said, he is not suitable to operate such a shop."
"Feral staff. Patel was verbally abusive and extremely rude after 20 mins of him demonstrating that he didnt know what he was doing with my ups package. I will ask the local authority to undertake a full investigation of this site as I donot believe that this man is of sound mind which is clearly a requirement when holding an alcohol licence."
