"Avoid at all cost, bought one bottle of hot pepper sauce for £10,I said why us this so expensive, and the owner said that's the normal price every where, when I saw in other outlets that its only £5,I went back and told him,why charge double than every where else,he swore blind he never sold it to me for £10, only a month prior, and he is very aggressive, so please keep away from this horrible little man and his horrible tiny shop"
"Its everything or rather next door is everything as I popped in to get my mobile repaired as I needed a replacement screen. They even loaned me a phone so I wasn't out of the communication loop whilst they acquired a new screen. I'm a very silly boy and more downtime due to dropping phone frequently has resulted in another visit. I was remembered and service for screen replacement was excellent, again."
"This is NOT a DHL parcel shop. Rude Indian staff tried to take my phone which I refused due to Covid-19 hygiene issues."
"I have visited this shop a number of times for the Afro-Caribbean groceries they sell and had never had any issues. However, I went in today to use the collect plus service to return my parcel and I was outraged by the behaviour of the man behind the till. I had showed him the barcode for the parcel on my phone, which he then reached for and said he needed to scan himself. I replied that I would rather him not hold my phone (given the Covid-19 pandemic we are STILL in) and asked if there was an alternative way for me to do it. The man then began to shout at me and told me to get out his shop if I’m not going to give him my phone to scan!! I expressed that I am not comfortable handing him my phone as I am worried about the spread of germs and he persisted. After much back and forth, he forced me to give him my phone to scan the barcode or else he will throw my parcel out!! I will never be returning this shop!!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour."
"I took a collect+ parcel to this store with a print in store barcode. I showed my barcode to the cashier to scan and when he reached for my phone, I asked to scan it myself to avoid contact and spread of germs. He proceeded to tell me that if he couldn’t touch my phone, he refuses to take the parcel. He threw my parcel out of the store onto the pavement whilst being rude and abusive. At a minimum he should ask customers to scan their own barcodes. Absolutely awful experience. Avoid this store at all costs."
