"I'm trying to collect parcel for a few days now. It's states wrong opening hours, or it's just someone not there. I'm late to work now, because I came again later, but still didn't get my parcel, as lady there said she can't sort the alarm. After the alarm went off she told me its too many boxes and stuff on the floor, she can't reach parcels. I have others commitments and can't go to that shop everyday. Used to be a good shop, but now with staff change complete mess."
"Went to drop my UPS parcel on a Saturday and they wouldn't take it because UPS doesn't collect them until Monday. Nonsense ."
"Please AVOID! The Store Owner is RUDE, ILL MANNERED, ABRUPT, IMPOLITE, HOSTILE, AND BAD TEMPERED (Read previous reviews left by others regarding the Store Owners Bad Behaviour in short changing customers and bad products). I would advise potential customers to AVOID visiting this store and shop in the Little Waitrose located in the petrol station round the corner or to walk five minutes down the road to Asda as they have a wider range of items. This store does not practice Social Distancing thinks nothing more than profit first!"
"I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I felt I had to. I’m sure this place is great if you’re desperate but I bought an ice cream yesterday and a can of Diet Coke whilst I was waiting for some work being completed at MeriTyre. Anyway, opened the ice cream but the cornetto cone was completely soggy, like it had melted before in their freezer, who knows, it wasn’t good. So I took it back. The chap at the counter, obviously not the boss and not the most articulate explained as best he could that the freezer is fine and that he won’t swap it as I have eaten it and he can’t resell it. By this point there were a few other people in the store waiting to pay and having a chuckle ( either at me or the cashier). Anyway, he tells me to go away and call his boss or wait to show the boss at 6pm (it was 3 pm and it was 30 degrees) so I don’t think an ice cream would last that long. Anyway, I suppose it’s the best 1.20 I have spent on an ice cream as I definitely won’t be recommending this place. You can only laugh."
"I called in advance to ask if I can drop-off my UPS parcel on a Saturday and they said yes. When I arrived on the day, the staff member told me that I was mistaken and that it is not possible to leave packages with them on the weekend, completely ruining my plans for sending the pakcages as I was leaving the country the next day, On top of that, he did not even apologise for the misinformation. Advise to management: make sure your staff are familiar with policies"
