Not really management material. I thought it was just me but other people are experiencing the same. Shame really as all the check out staff are lovely."

"This evening around 7.30 pm I went to get some essential shopping as this shop is local to me and i am a regular shoppers. I was really annoyed by poor service by a young man "Wasin" probably his name. No greeting thanks or bye not even offered a bag though we have to pay for it and i have purchased few staff a bag would be perfect. customer behind me greeted and offered bags though he's got more or less similar shopping. i am simply sick on this kind of attitude. Customers should be treated as a customer regardless how much spent or look. i have been working in retail all my life with pride and great care and outstanding customer service skills. this kind of attitude shouldn't be tolerated in retail or anywhere else."
