"I had already visited this shop before and decided to make a visit again today, However, one of the shopkeepers, a man with glasses. Was impolite, rude and prejudice towards my race and color. I am very disappointed in the service I received, and I am afraid I won't be planning to make a visit there ever again!. (Also to make note, make sure to check the best before/expiry date on any of the items in a jar for some of them may be out of date! By a couple of months! Or by a day)"
"Very extensive produce available and loads to explore inside as well as out. Vegetables are clearly the focus, but cheeses, pastries, condiments, oils and many other high quality items available. You can also ask the owner to prepare meals for you. Well worth popping here rather than the supermarket, although it’s quite a bit more expensive."
"Excellent produce, very varied and top quality! The 3* are just due to the prices, which prohibitive!!! I'd say around 40% more expensive that what it should be. £7,50 for 10 eggs? Over £2,50 for a pint of milk (not even organic!). What a shame, I wish they would revise their prices, as I'd shop here much more often."
"Interesting street scene: Where two businesses co-ordinate with each other. Pulp where you stop for a coffee and you see well displayed fruit and vegetables you just want to buy. Go into the shop even more gastro delights cheese, bread and so much more. Do your shopping for for fruit and vegetables and of course you want a coffee, come rain, come shine. What harmony they are together and a fine looking shop with so much more!"
"I’ve been here a few times; there is a wide selection of vegetables on display, however on the times I’ve been they tend to be past their best, wilting and still selling at (an already vastly inflated) full price. On one trip, I bought soup and bread - the soup, though nice was pretty average given the high price and the bread completely stale. I was offered replacement bread on my next visit when I messaged them but, to be honest, they need to focus on the freshness of their stock as at these prices this shouldn’t happen. The inside of the shop is stacked with a vast array but there’s almost too much to choose from - maybe a slightly more concise, curated selection would make for a more pleasant shopping experience. I don’t think I’ll bother going again."
