"There is a guy who looks after the baskets in the car park. He is called Emanuel. He is absolutely wonderful. He is so helpful. He is always smiling and as soon as he sees anyone going to their car with a shopping trolley he always comes over lifts the shopping in the car and takes away the shopping trolley. He deserves recognition and I hope he gets it. Well done Emanuel"
"Me and my family have been shopping here since the last 9-10 years but since last year, we always see empty shelves and things are always out of stock or at least on out in the shelves. This is the case during morning, afternoon, evening or night time. The bad service is accompanied by increased prices on products, fruits and vegetables. Someone should take notice and revert the way the store use to be. The accompanied pictures were taken at 6pm."
